OpenDNA and PartnerMD Announce Partnership to Deliver AI-Based Genetic Risk Testing for Cardiometabolic Diseases

OpenDNA, a leader in AI-driven precision medicine solutions, today announced a commercial partnership with PartnerMD, a concierge healthcare provider with facilities in Georgia, South Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia. Through this collaboration, PartnerMD patients will gain access to OpenDNA’s AI-based genetic risk testing to better understand and manage their cardiometabolic health.

As one of the first primary care groups to adopt OpenDNA’s platform commercially, PartnerMD will offer the CardioRisk+ test, a comprehensive assessment that uses artificial intelligence to analyze more than six million SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms) alongside a broad set of clinical biomarkers. The test delivers individualized risk profiles for cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, and hypercholesterolemia, supporting proactive prevention and targeted management strategies.

“We are excited to join with PartnerMD to offer our CardioRisk+ test to their patients,” said Dr. Eran Feldhay, Founder and CEO of OpenDNA. “PartnerMD is a leader in primary, concierge, and executive care. By understanding each patient’s individual risk factors, physicians can take steps to reduce the risk of developing cardiometabolic diseases and help patients live longer, healthier lives.”

“We are committed to providing our patients with the most advanced and personalized care possible,” added Dr. Jim Mumper, Chief Medical Officer at PartnerMD. “The OpenDNA CardioRisk+ test gives us valuable insights into genetic predispositions to cardiometabolic disease, enabling us to design tailored preventive care plans that improve long-term health and well-being.”

This collaboration marks an important step forward in bringing AI-based genetic risk testing into concierge and executive care, offering patients actionable insights and empowering physicians with advanced tools to enhance treatment precision.
